What is Above the Business & why did we create it?


Business ownership can feel lonely, and most business owners get stuck in one of two places: working IN the business, and working ON the business.

What if there is a third way to run your business? What if you could step out of the day-to-day, and see your business from a whole new perspective? As in, rise above the daily grind and build your business by design?

That’s what Above the Business aims to help you do.

Through the podcast, events, resources, coaching, and other services, Above the Business will impact agency and business owners to help them grow and succeed in their leadership and their personal lives.

Bradley Hamner

Bradley is a long-time founder and entrepreneur, host of the Above The Business podcast, and experienced business coach and strategist.

He works with owners who have businesses generating between $300k - $3M, coaching them through building and implementing strategic systems and processes.

Above The Business is designed to equip owners in getting "above the business" to see what their business truly needs. Bradley leads them from a place of experience - every system and principle he teaches are ones he has learned the hard way.

BlueprintOS, originally known as Business Growth Curator, founded by Bradley Hamner in 2017, aimed to provide business owners with the tools to scale their businesses. Over time, Bradley developed a complete system called BlueprintOS, which encompasses all the skills, training, and organizational infrastructure necessary for operating any business.

Members of the coaching programs, including Blueprint and Boardroom, gain access to coaching, live trainings, as well as the extensive array of tools and templates available within BlueprintOS. This system enables entrepreneurs to establish a strong organizational infrastructure, allowing their businesses to effectively grow and scale.
